The Goldfinch School is a learning environment of discovery, invention, and exploration for children ages two through five. Our preschool program is grounded in an integrated, thematic, play-based approach. We view every child as capable and competent and strive to instill a lifelong love of learning and inner confidence through our warm environment and research-based curriculum.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
The heart of our work at The Goldfinch School is rooted in the knowledge that children learn best when they are actively engaged with ideas, materials, and people. Our pedagogy emphasizes educating the whole child while valuing and reinforcing the child’s role as a learner, teacher, and classmate.
In many cultures, goldfinches are symbolic of joy, enthusiasm, positivity, and persistence.
